Holistic tooling for telecom infrastructure digitalisation service

Telecom infrastructure relies on accurate asset data shared between different systems. Discrepancies between these sources caused constant friction for engineers and project managers.
End-to-end reconciliation loop connecting data, human review, and engineering workflows.
Challenge
MYX managed data from three main systems — legacy databases, client APIs, and the digital-twin inventory.
Each listed assets differently, producing duplicates, omissions, and mismatches.
The goal: create a clear workflow where the system suggests matches, but humans make the final decision.
This case describes how we designed tools that automatically detects inconsistencies, suggests matches, and lets users review and approve before merging.
Creating and marking assets inside the 3D twin is part of a bigger workflow including QA steps, data operations and validations.
Merge & approval flow
Engineers can preview proposed updates, apply filters, and approve changes in bulk.
The workflow reduces cognitive load by surfacing only high-confidence matches and flagging ambiguous ones for manual review.
Approval panel with status and change summary
WLA integration triggered by reconciled inventory updates.
Outcome
The new reconciliation system unified all data sources into one auditable loop, cutting discrepancy rates and improving team alignment.
60% reduction in asset mismatches
Centralized, traceable change history
Automatic validation workflows for both MYX Ops and client teams
Learning
When users can see how the system makes decisions — and override them when needed — reliability follows naturally.
"System accuracy is a design problem as much as a data one. Clarity and control build trust between humans and automation."
